Automated Welding Made Easy

FABTECH 2025 will mark the U.S. debut of KUKA's new standard cell for welding production. The arc_cellerate welding cells from KUKA offer an economical and efficient solution for high-mix/low-volume applications. These systems are available as either single or multi-station setups and come fully equipped to handle various welding tasks.

Advanced Welding with Robotics

At FABTECH 2025, KUKA will showcase a range of practical, high-performance joining solutions. Guests of the KUKA booth will see ultrasonic metal welding with Branson technology in action on a mock battery box—fast, clean, and ideal for EV applications. Also on display will be friction stir spot welding with BOND Technologies, offering a spot welding solution for dissimilar metals let tip changing. In partnership with Magswitch Technologies, a team of KUKA robots will work together to show the manufacture of a 12-foot steel truss, combining arc welding and material handling in a seamless operation.
