Easier Automation Within Reach at CMTS 2025

Visit us at Booth #729 to see how KUKA robots are transforming production through advanced machine tool tending, autonomous intralogistics, and robotic additive manufacturing.

KUKA Robotics invites Canadian manufacturers to explore the next generation of industrial automation in booth #729 at the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show (CMTS). Check out a preview of the innovative technology being demonstrated at the show below. Register for the show today by clicking here.

Automated Machine Tending

KUKA and System Partner Waybo will showcase two turnkey cells for ease of automation in machine shops.

CyberDrawer: A mobile, automated drawer feeding system using a KR CYBERTECH robot to load/unload a Nakamura-Tome lathe. This system supports over 8 hours of autonomous operation.

PartNR Cell: A compact system using the KR AGILUS robot and Siemens 828D controller, offering seamless robot/CNC control through mxAutomation.

Robotic Additive Manufacturing

In partnership with Dyze Design, KUKA will demonstrate live 3D printing of plastic parts using the KR CYBERTECH-2 robot and a high-flow Typhoon filament extruder—offering precise, repeatable, high-speed deposition.

AMR-Based Intralogistics

At CMTS 2025, attendees will see the KMP 600P Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) in action as it transports tooling to and from a machine tool. With a 600 kg payload and compact design, it’s ideal for tight production areas and 24/7 logistics.
